1. Do you deliver all over the UAE?

Yes! We deliver across all seven Emirates — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery usually takes 5-7 working days depending on the product and supplier location.
Some items may arrive earlier, and we’ll always provide tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. How much is the delivery fee?

We offer free delivery on orders over AED 100
For smaller orders, a standard shipping fee  applies at checkout.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow its journey. you can also see tracking info from our store home page 

5. Why is delivery longer than usual?

We source products from trusted local suppliers to bring you unique items at great prices.
This means delivery may take longer than local stores, but we ensure your items are worth the wait.

6. Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns only if:
• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• The wrong item was delivered.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product.

7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available across the UAE for a small service fee of AED 
You can also pay online securely with your debit/credit card.

8. Will I pay customs or import duties?

No. All customs charges are covered by us.
The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.

9. My order shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Please contact our support team immediately. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue quickly.
